If you’re like me, you started holiday shopping back in September. But, if you are a normal, sane, and reasonable human being than it is about that time to start thinking about your holiday gifts.
I admit, I have almost zero chill when it comes to Christmas (which is what my family celebrates despite zero religious affiliation). Then combine that with how large my family is, and I get a recipe of “plan early or go broke”. I try to space everything out so that when the boyfriend and I actually head home for Christmas, we have some money to go get drinks with friends too.

One of the greatest things about being savvy with social media, is the amazing opportunities and experiences you get to partake in that would have otherwise been out of reach. For example, at this very moment, you are partaking in a little snippet of DeerTales history: you are currently reading my first promotional post.
How about a little back story for ya on how this came to be?
I was recently contacted by JORD Watches, asking me if I would like to participate in their Holiday Blogger Promotional Campaign. Now, keep in mind, I don’t take book reviews, free products, or ‘rep’ positions lightly. I swore to myself a year and a half ago when I started this social media adventure, that no matter what happened, I would always be genuine. I would never sacrifice who I am, or lessen my opinions for anything I read or received. Because after all, aren’t bad reviews just as valuable as good ones (if only for a completely different purpose…)
